On July 6, Xia Sheng'an, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area held a meeting with heads of Yunnan Investment Group, BGRIMM Technology Group, China Logistics Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Lishen Battery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. The meeting discussed how to further improve the new energy battery industry resources exploration, industry chain construction, and project cooperation.

Xia said Anning abounds in high-grade phosphate ore reserves and is home to leading phosphorus chemical companies such as Yuntianhua Group and Xiangfeng Group. Currently, Yunnan Dian Zhong New area is building a 100 billion new energy battery industry cluster in Anning. Abundant phosphate ore reserves and a solid industrial base provide favorable conditions for the cluster development of the new energy battery industry in Anning. All enterprises are welcome to invest in Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area. All departments of the New Area will fully cooperate with enterprises to provide good services for the implementation and future development of the project. In the future, we will strengthen communication and exchanges, give full play to their respective advantages in terms of resource allocation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Xia added that, at present, there are fewer cold chain logistics enterprises in the Airport Economic Zone. It is hoped that China Logistics Co., Ltd. put the project in Kunming Airport Economic Zone of Yunnan Province and make the business grow based on Kunming Changshui International Airport to help promote the development of modern logistic industry in the New Area.

Heads of 4 enterprises said that Yunnan Dian Zhong New Area is a hot spot with enormous potential in the future. They will seize the cooperation opportunities to implement projects in the New Area to facilitate the high-quality development of the industry in the New Area.

After the meeting, people from 4 enterprises also made a field trip to visit Anning industrial Park.
